Very nice, smooth brew. Beans are very uniform and seem roasted to perfection. I have only used a small batch so far and vacuumed sealed the rest and put in a freezer for later use.

Not strong enough for me, should have been dark roast

This coffee tastes great. It's rich, smooth, and super fresh. There's no bitter aftertaste like some brands I've purchased. I look forward to this every morning. I would definitely recommend this to any coffee lover.
