This Ethiopian Harrar coffee is great. It has a wonderful complex flavor with some light hints of acidity and fruit, but is very balanced and has none of the overpowering acidity than some Ethiopian coffees have.This coffee is roasted to perfection. It's a true medium roast and not a medium-dark or dark roast.This coffee is "Roasted to order", so it really is as fresh as it gets. That being said, I would love to see a "Roasted on" date on the bag in the future, as proof of the freshness. However this coffee tastes and smells amazing and very fresh, so I'm optimistic it is indeed roasted to order.Overall - this is an excellent Ethiopian coffee. It has a really nice complex fruity flavor, without too much acidity and with a nice sweet nuttiness that I wasn't expecting from a Harrar.

Good flavor without bitterness.

Very nice, smooth brew. Beans are very uniform and seem roasted to perfection. I have only used a small batch so far and vacuumed sealed the rest and put in a freezer for later use.

This coffee tastes great. It's rich, smooth, and super fresh. There's no bitter aftertaste like some brands I've purchased. I look forward to this every morning. I would definitely recommend this to any coffee lover.
