Our Honduran Marcala comes from Cafe Organicos Marcala, a cooperative of 1,500 organic farmers growing coffee at 1,300-1,700 meters in the mountains of western Honduras. Every bag is fully traceable to the cooperative, region, altitude, and processing method.
