Our return policy is quite simple at Kochere.
Returns Policy
Our returns policy is pretty straightforward. Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns on coffee purchases. If your order arrives damaged, or is missing in transit, please contact customer support immediately, and we will work with you to rectify the issue.
If you have ordered non-coffee products, like gear or accessories, our standard return policy applies.
Shipping
Each order that arrives at Kochere is custom roasted, after you order. Depending on the time of day that you order, and the quantity of your order, roasting times could be 3 to 5 business days. Each order is placed in a queue, first in, first out. Delivery time is usually 1 to 5 business days after roasting. Most orders are delivers via USPS, larger orders may be delivered via UPS.
